1.1 Thumbnail Design Services

The Thumbnail Design Service provides custom YouTube and social media thumbnail designs on a subscription or project basis.

Services may include:

Custom YouTube thumbnail design
Social media thumbnail graphics
Thumbnail style development
CTR-focused visual optimization
Branding consistency for channels/pages
Thumbnail variations and testing concepts

1.2 Service Types

Monthly Thumbnail Subscription

Ongoing thumbnail design support
One active request at a time
Unlimited revisions within original scope
Average turnaround: 24–48 hours
Monthly recurring billing

Project-Based Thumbnail Services

One-time thumbnail packages
Fixed deliverables agreed before project start
Revision limits defined beforehand
Timeline agreed upon before work begins

2. Service Terms

2.1 Subscription Terms

Month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract
Subscription renews automatically unless canceled
Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance
Unused design time does not roll over
Services are non-transferable

2.2 Project-Based Terms

50% upfront payment required before work begins
Remaining balance due before final file delivery
Timeline starts once all required materials are received
Rush delivery may include additional fees

3. Scope of Work

3.2 Excluded Services

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Required Materials

Clients must provide:

Video title/topic
Reference images (if needed)
Branding guidelines (if available)
Logos or assets required in design
Clear instructions and preferences

4.2 Communication

Clients should provide feedback within 3 business days
Revision requests should be clear and specific
Delayed responses may affect delivery timelines

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership Rights

Clients receive full usage rights to final approved thumbnails after full payment
Unused concepts and drafts remain property of the designer
Designer reserves the right to display completed work in portfolio/social media unless otherwise agreed in writing

5.2 Source Files

Final files delivered in standard formats (PNG/JPG)
Editable source files may require an additional fee unless included in package

6. Revisions

6.1 Subscription Revisions

Unlimited revisions within the original request scope
Major concept changes may count as a new request
Revisions should be requested within 14 days of delivery

6.2 Project Revisions

Revision limits depend on selected package
Extra revisions beyond package scope may incur additional charges

7. Cancellation & Termination

7.1 Subscription Cancellation

Subscription can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle
No refunds for partially used subscription periods
Ongoing requests will be completed or closed upon cancellation

7.2 Project Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
If a project is canceled midway, completed work remains billable

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Subscription Payments

Payments are billed monthly
Late or failed payments may pause services
Services resume once payment is completed

8.2 Project Payments

50% advance payment required
Final payment due before final delivery
Payment methods accepted will be agreed beforehand

9. Confidentiality

Client information and project materials remain confidential
Files and unpublished content will not be shared with third parties
Confidentiality remains effective after project completion

10. Limitation of Liability

Designer is not responsible for channel performance, algorithm changes, or guaranteed CTR increases
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
No responsibility for third-party platform issues or copyright claims related to client-provided materials

11. Modifications

Terms may be updated at any time
Clients will be notified of significant changes
Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms
